ALTHOUGH WE KNOW YOU WILL LOVE YOUR ITEMS, SOMETIMES THINGS DON'T ALWAYS GO AS PLANNED...

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?

• Returns can be made up to 14 days after we post your order
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns - follow instructions below
• Returns are accepted if item is in an unused condition 
• Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of accepting the return to the original payment method
• Please allow up to two weeks for money to be received by your chosen payment method

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

• E-mail [email protected] with the subject header REFUND along with your order number from the email which will be sent following order.
• We will send you the address details of where to return the goods
• Once this return has been received and accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method
  

HOW TO PARCEL YOUR RETURN

• Send your item back in original packaging (i.e case, tags, stickers are all left intact)
• Fill in the returns slip with your personal details and tick the box to say you have sent the correct RETURNS email.
• Ensure that parcel is securely packaged (you can re-use the envelope your parcel was sent it)
• Put the correct return address as given by us on the parcel.
• ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED
